Vincent Lyles Brings Expertise to MyPath Board of Directors

(Oconomowoc, Wis.) MyPath, a provider of specialized education, therapeutic and community support services for high-need individuals, is pleased to announce that Vincent Lyles has been named to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Lyles’ commitment to dedicate his time, talent, and expertise to MyPath will contribute to the shared vision of the Board of Directors.

About Vincent Lyles

Currently, Vincent Lyles is System Vice President of Community Relations, with Advocate Aurora Health. He previously served as the President and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, the largest youth-serving organization in the city, where he led a team of more than 600 employees and volunteers focused on the single mission of serving youth in the Greater Milwaukee Area.

Lyles was also the former president of M&I Community Development Corp where he oversaw community reinvestment and development. Before the CDC, he was a director with Robert W. Baird & Co. and provided financial advice to Wisconsin municipalities, school districts and special taxing units.

In 2016, he was named a “40 Under 40” Hall of Fame honoree by the Milwaukee Business Journal. Later on, Lyles was recognized with the Badger of the Year Award from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2018.

Receiving a certificate in nonprofit management & leadership from Harvard Business School and serving on the boards of organizations including Marquette University, BMO Funds, Badger Mutual Insurance, Near West Side Partners, Milwaukee Public Schools Foundation, and Malaika Early Learning Center, Lyles fundamental skills and experience will be valuable as a board member for MyPath Companies.
