TKWA Moving Office

The Kubala Washatko Architects (TKWA) announced today that it is expanding its existing Milwaukee studio, located at 640 S. 5th St. in Walker’s Point. The move, scheduled for later in 2026, will allow TKWA to consolidate its staffing and operations into a central headquarters location while better serving its diverse regional and national client base.

In describing the rationale for the move TKWA Partner, Matt Frydach, stated, “We have had a studio in Walker’s Point for ten years, and our clients and colleagues have appreciated the convenience and accessibility this location provides. As we look forward to the future, an expanded presence in the city will enhance collaboration, strengthen our identity, and broaden capacity to craft living places.”

Current and recent Milwaukee-area projects include:

TKWA will maintain its current studio location in Cedarburg until the move to the Milwaukee location has been completed. In addition to the expanded Milwaukee headquarters, the firm will continue to operate its Seattle, Washington satellite office.
