Supervisor Martin Applauds Board Approval of Cooper Park Repair Amendment
MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee County Supervisor Felesia A. Martin today thanked her colleagues on the County Board’s Finance Committee for their unanimous support in passing her amendment to fund long-awaited repairs at Cooper Park.
“I want to thank my colleagues for their support in the passage of this long-awaited amendment,” said Supervisor Martin. “Cooper Park is a beloved neighborhood gathering place, and these repairs will make sure it remains a safe, welcoming space for families, children, and all residents to enjoy for years to come. The project also ensures ADA-accessible parking and pathways that provide access to the polling place located in the park building, improving accessibility for every voter in the community.”
