Joe Carollo and Ned Purtell recently completed the sale of 205-227 E. Silver Spring Drive in Whitefish Bay, WI for $3,810,000. The transaction included two parcels with adjacent and nearly identical single-story retail buildings totaling 16,560 SF. The property was family built and owned since 1946; stretching an entire city block with excellent visibility on the busiest retail corridor in Whitefish Bay. The multi-tenant building is currently 78% occupied and is home to Orley Shabahang Corporation, Keller Williams Realty and Connolly Interiors, Inc. This was the first time the property was on the market in almost 70 years.
