Mandel Group, Inc. Announces Promotion Of Dan Katt

(Milwaukee, WI) Mandel Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel Katt to Vice President, Development. Dan joined Mandel Group in September, 2023 and currently manages Mandel developments representing a combined investment of $200+ million in Oconomowoc, Milwaukee, and Madison, WI.

Monnat, Senior Partner of Mandel Group. “At a relatively young age he has attained book smarts and acquired street smarts, possessing exceptional people skills and maturity in decision-making. He brings the complete package as an impact player and is an absolute pleasure to have as a valued team member at Mandel.”

Katt recently completed the sale of his ownership in Good City Brewing, a business he started with partners nearly 10 years ago and grew into a 4-location chain of craft brewery destinations on Milwaukee’s East Side, in downtown’s Deer District, in Wauwatosa and in the Mequon Public Market. The partners retained the brand and intellectual property. Prior to starting Good City, Katt founded Craft Development, a boutique real estate development firm, focused on adaptive re-use and urban redevelopment projects in the Milwaukee area. His early career included leadership roles at Findorff, one of Wisconsin’s largest general contractors, and Eppstein Uhen Architects.

“I’m returning to my roots in development and construction, which I really have a passion for” explained Katt. “I’ve known and respected the people at Mandel Group and I’m excited to take on more responsibility for the unique projects we pursue.”
