University Club Tower is a residential high-rise in Milwaukee’s Juneau Town neighborhood. Located in the eastern half of downtown, the 37-story building includes 53 residential units. The building is the tallest residential building in the state of Wisconsin.
The building was built on land formerly owned by the University Club of Milwaukee and features an interior connection to the private club.
Originally developed by the Mandel Group, with units sold to private owners.
