Johnson Financial Group signs lease on Cathedral Place Building
Milwaukee, WI. September 23, 2020 – Johnson Financial Group announced today they will lease space in one of downtown Milwaukee’s prime office buildings on Cathedral Square – Cathedral Place. The company plans to consolidate two of their downtown locations with the move said Johnson Financial Group CEO, Jim Popp.
“We’re excited to be making a significant, long term investment in what will become our flagship location in the heart of downtown Milwaukee” he said. “This move allows us to consolidate a few locations, while also creating a modern, progressive and collaborative space for our associates and clients.”
Broker of record, CBRE and their Corporate Advisory team including Bill Bonifas, Matt Cariello, and Kenzie Kiefer, along with retail colleague and expert Andy Stefanich represented Johnson Financial Group on the relocation.

Van Buren Management is the building owner and Landlord. RINKA is the architect on the project and a general contractor and sub-contractors are not yet known.
