Fall Gallery Night MKE unites Milwaukee’s downtown neighborhoods through art Oct. 21-22

MILWAUKEE, WI – Gallery Night MKE – a much-loved evening of gallery hopping and art viewing – returns Friday, Oct. 21, and Saturday, Oct. 22, to four unique downtown Milwaukee neighborhoods.

This free, two-day art event offers visitors the opportunity to purchase original and local art while visiting Milwaukee’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Admission is free to all venues during event hours. Art lovers can visit www.gallerynightmke.com for a full list of participating venues.

Milwaukee’s vast creative culture is proudly on display during Gallery Night MKE. Showcasing art works from photography to sculpture to drawing, painting, and everything in between, the event allows the public to admire and even purchase original art by local, regional and international artists.

This fall, Gallery Night MKE features numerous venues exhibiting art throughout downtown Milwaukee neighborhoods including the Historic Third Ward, East Town, Walker’s Point, and the Menomonee River Valley. Guests can take their experience to the next level by dining out at one of the many enticing neighborhood restaurants (reservations recommended) – or opting for some retail therapy at one of the many covetable boutiques.

The easiest way to plan a Gallery Night MKE experience? Download the “Gallery Night MKE” app in the Apple App or Google Play stores. The app features up-to-date listings, interactive features (including an easy-to-navigate map), and information on parking, restaurants and hotels. Street parking in downtown Milwaukee is free after 6 p.m. Rent a Bublr bike or hop on The Hop streetcar to navigate to event venues.
