Dr. Howard Fuller Joins Over 100 Community Leaders, Educators, and Elected Officials Endorsing Dr. Hendricks for State Superintedent

MILWAUKEE – Dr. Hendricks is proud to announce endorsements from over 100 educators, community leaders, and elected officials across Wisconsin. Most recently, Dr. Howard Fuller, former MPS superintendent, national education leader, and community advocate offered his highest endorsement and full support to Dr. Hendricks.

Endorsements from Representative Supreme Moore Omokunde (Assembly District 17), Willie Johnson, Jr. (District 13 Milwaukee County Supervisor), Ashanti Hamilton (District 1 Milwaukee Alderman), Ed Fallone (former WI Supreme Court Candidate), and Joyce Tikalsky (District 1 Stoughton Alder) illustrate that Dr. Hendricks’s campaign is gaining serious traction in Milwaukee and across the state.

Reflecting on her wide base of support, Dr. Hendricks stated, “My vision for equity, liberty, innovation, and community in Wisconsin is inclusive of ALL Wisconsinites. We are building a broad, deep coalition because so many Wisconsities know that our children deserve better.”

Education professionals like Dr. Todd Beadle (Brown Deer School Board President), Annie Woodward (District 4 Milwaukee School Board Director), Andrew McKinney (Monona Grove School Board President), Dr. Rogers Onick (Former Principal of the Year), Dr. Festus Obiakor (former department head and professor), Dr. Freda Russell (former academic dean), Dr. Darrell Williams (former Superintendent), and over 100 other educators have all endorsed and are formally supporting Dr. Hendricks.

“Together we will guarantee each Wisconsin students’ inalienable rights to a premier fully-funded education, learning experiences that result in achievement, liberty to form opinions, and make decisions based on truth and fact,” Dr. Hendricks said on her vision for Wisconsin.

The primary election for WI State Superintendent is February 16th with the general election held April 6th.
