Courthouse Tree Lighting Will Feature Santa, Singing & Sausages

Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele will officially light the Milwaukee County Courthouse Christmas Tree this Thursday at 4:30pm.

MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele will officially light the Milwaukee County Courthouse Christmas Tree this Thursday at 4:30pm. The Cudahy War Memorial donated the 35 foot tall Colorado Bruce Spruce tree that will stand in the rotunda through the holiday season.

The tree lighting will feature music from the Riverside High School Choir, ornament making for children, a visit from the Brewers Famous Racing Sausages and Bucks mascot Bango and a special appearance from Santa Claus!

The event is free and open to the public. People are encouraged to bring a non-perishable canned good to donate to Feeding America.
