5300 N 33^rd Street LLC purchased 5070 N 35^th Street in Milwaukee, WI for $300,000  Bob Flood, Joe Carollo, and Brett Deter represented the Seller, Richard R. Pieper.

Cupertino Electric, Inc. leased 27,314 SF at 2901 Progress Road in Madison, WI  Paul McBride & Scott Revolinski represented the Landlord, LCM Funds Real Estate LLC.
