Ambrose Engineering Leases Space in Third Ward

Ambrose Engineering, Inc. has leased 1,901 SF at the Phoenix Building located in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. Steve Pape and Derek Yentz represented the Tenant.

Solidcore has leased 2,540 SF of retail space at the Dye House in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. Ned Purtell, John Davis and Hakan Hare represented the Landlord, Singerman Real Estate.

The Arthritis Foundation has leased 990 SF at 8800 W Lincoln Avenue in West Allis, WI. Patti Stevens represented the Landlord, MGWL Properties LLC.

American Dental Partners of Wisconsin LLC renewed its 6,000 SF at Deerwood Preserve located at 10058 W Loomis Road in Franklin, WI. John Davis and Patti Stevens represented the Landlord, JK & EK Development LLC.

Retail

Jon Thoresen and Matt Beadle represented AutoZone in purchasing the former Taco Bell at 588 Falls Road, in Grafton.
