Built as a church and remodeled for use as Humphrey Scottish Rite Masonic Center, the building was proposed for redevelopment as a hotel. But the project was ultimately canceled. Sold to an affiliate of Saxony Capital in 2021 for $2.6 million for conversion to apartments.
Formerly known as Wisconsin Consistory Building and until 1912 the Plymouth Congregational Church. Update in 1936 completed by Herbert Tullgren.
