The former Prime Leather Finishes Co. Building at 188 S. 2nd St. in Walker’s Point is beinwasg converted to a multi-use retail and apartment project by David Winograd. The building will be merged two adjacent buildings, one which recently housed Lucky Joe’s Tiki Room.
The building was originally built as Mabbett & Breed’s Block or Mabbett and Breed Building. Mabbett and Breed are Hiram Mabbett and Charles Breed respectively.
Rehab completed in 2016.
