Proposed suburban-style corporate headquarters for the Hammes Company in the former Park East corridor on the edge of downtown Milwaukee.

In July 2015, Hammes acquired one of the parcel’s required for a similar development at a different site, 210 E. Knapp St. They ultimately moved forward with that proposal.

The Hammes Company is led by Jon Hammes. Hammes is now a minority-owner of the Milwaukee Bucks, who are creating an arena district across the Milwaukee River.
