Originally built as the headquarters for Cutler-Hammer Manufacturing, which later became part of Eaton Corporation.
The building is now home to the Northwest Side Community Development Corporation, Midwest Energy Research Consortium (M-WERC), MAXIMUS and Advanced Ionics.
