Historic 4th Street School redeveloped into apartments by a partnership of Joshua Jeffers and Melissa Goins.
The project won a 2018 Mayor’s Design Award.
Building was originally designed by Henry C. Koch in 1887. Redevelopment design led by Engberg Anderson Architects.
The redevelopment project includes the construction of the adjacent The Griot apartments.
