69-unit apartment building at 2202 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. in Bay View. It includes a 2,500-square-foot retail space facing S. Kinnickinnic Ave. A total of 73 parking spaces were built as part of the development.
The development included the purchase of an adjacent city-owned parking lot. That lot contained 22 stalls and is being replaced by a new surface lot with 13 stalls in a new, nearby lot.
The project was approved by the City Plan Commission on August 17th, 2015.
The project was developed by Dermond Property Investments and designed by Joel Agacki.
