Triangular-shaped building located at the corner of N. Water St. and E. Pearson St.
Designed by Charles Kirchhoff, Jr. for the Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company in 1890 as a tied house.
The building and restaurant (Trocadero Gastrobar) were sold at the end of 2014 by the Lowlands Group to Drew Deuster, Christopher Tinker and David Price. It was sold again in 2022.
