Parking lot owned by Deer District LLC (an affiliate of the Milwaukee Bucks). It was sold to Deer District by Fred Usinger Inc. (Usinger’s Famous Sausage) for their New Bucks Arena Live Block project in August of 2015 for $675,000.

An affiliate of the team sold the lot and the adjacent lot at 1121 N. Old World Third St. in 2018.
