WRTP | BIG STEP President & CEO Lindsay Blumer Named Wisconsin Titan 100 for Second Year in a Row

MILWAUKEE, WI (October 27, 2025) — Lindsay Blumer, president and CEO of WRTP | BIG STEP, has been selected as a Wisconsin Titan 100 for the second year in a row. The Titan 100 program recognizes 100 Wisconsin CEOs and C-level executives who demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision and passion.

Blumer has been president and CEO of WRTP | BIG STEP since January 2021. For over 25 years, she has been a respected nonprofit professional in executive leadership, strategic planning, entrepreneurship, social enterprise and innovation. In 2025, she led WRTP | BIG STEP through its 50th anniversary, a $1.5 million modernization of its Milwaukee Center of Excellence and the expansion of WRTP | BIG STEP’s services statewide. The Titan 100 awards ceremony scheduled for Jan. 29, 2026, at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee will honor these achievements and more.
