American Red Cross of Wisconsin Southeast Chapter Welcomes New Board Members

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (October 1, 2025) – The American Red Cross of Wisconsin Southeast Chapter is proud to welcome two new members to its Board of Directors. This group of committed community leaders plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission to prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies. The details of the appointments are as follows:

Grace D’Souzais an attorney with Husch Blackwell LLP, focusing on tax credits, finance, and development. Grace finds motivation in working on real estate deals that benefit communities. Her role as president of the Business Law Society at Marquette Law School allowed her to connect with local business leaders and transactional attorneys, further deepening her interest in corporate, real estate, tax, and finance law. As the Business Editor of the Marquette Law Review, she developed a solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.

Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a law degree from Marquette University Law School.

Chris Terris is a Senior Counsel at Foley & Lardner LLP, practicing primarily in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and corporate law. Chris joined Foley in 2018 after earning his law degree from New York University School of Law, his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and his bachelor’s degree from Boston College. Chris also serves as an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Chris is a Milwaukee native and lives in Whitefish Bay with his wife and two sons.

I’m looking forward to working alongside them both as we continue serving communities in need.”

In the 2024 calendar year, Red Cross volunteers provided care, food, hope, and shelter to more than 3,900 people following local disasters. Volunteers helped install nearly 3,945 smoke alarms throughout the Wisconsin Region.
