Metro Eye Commits To Third Ward With 15-Year Lease
Revel investments today announced a 15-year lease renewal with Metro Eye at the Timberworks Building, 325 E. Chicago St., in the Historic Third Ward.
Metro Eye opened in 2003 at 325 E. Chicago Street with the mission to combine the city’s finest professional eye care with an unparalleled collection of customizable designer eyewear and lenses. Metro Eye’s optometrists provide eye exams and eye care for all ages, treat eye disease patients, and offer cutting-edge eyewear and hard-to-fit contact lenses.
“We are excited to show our continued commitment to Milwaukee with this long-term lease. Metro Eye launched as a start-up more than twenty years ago and we’re proud that this is our chosen home for continued growth,” said Dr. Amy Jankowski, Founder of Metro Eye.

The Timberworks building is a Third Ward landmark. From the Kimpton Journeyman Hotel across the street to Valentine Coffee Roasters next door, it’s walking distance to countless retail, restaurants and entertainment options. The building is 100% leased and occupied. Other tenants include advertising agency Boelter + Lincoln, law firm Laffrey, Leitner & Goode and construction management firm Altius Building Company.
The lease was negotiated by Revel Advisors, a leasing division of Revel Investments, and Marianne Burish from Transwestern represented Metro Eye.
