The Green Bay Packers have activated RB Josh Jacobs from exempt status, activated DT Jordon Riley off reserve/physically unable to perform, signed WR Coleman Owen from the practice squad to the active roster and elevated EDGE Arron Mosby from the practice squad to the active roster for gameday. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Saturday.

Owen (5-10, 181), a first-year player out of Ohio University, signed to the Packers’ practice squad on Sept. 30 and was elevated to the active roster for last week’s game against the Dallas Cowboys, returning one punt for 16 yards. He was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Indianapolis Colts on May 9, 2025, and spent his rookie season on the Indianapolis practice squad. Owen appeared in two games and registered five kick returns for 141 yards (28.2 avg.) and one punt return for 2 yards. In college, he played in 53 career games at Ohio (2024) and Northern Arizona (2019-23), earning first-team All-MAC honors (2024), second-team All-Big Sky recognition (2022-23) and All-Big Sky honorable mention (2021).
