Thank you, Michael, for focusing on one of my favorite lower East Side buildings. How do you suppose its creamy brick remained or got so clean? It looks as lovely as the day it was built.

  2. Barbara Sorlie says:

A beautiful gem of a home.

Pastor Jeske’s Church Council men may now vote to increase his tax free housing allowance (available to clergy) to cover the cost of the property tax. With that tax free housing allowance increase, Pastor Jeske may pay the property taxes on the home, and is then eligible to claim a deduction on his Schedule C – Form 1040. Tax free housing allowance money used to pay the property tax, and then claimed as a property tax paid deduction, will reduce Pastor Jeske’s tax liability. A win-win for Pastor Jeske. And a win for the City.

  3. Scott says:

Check out who is on the board of directors of thrivent financial and that they have a political action committee of the same name
