MADISON, Wis. — Today, the Democratic Party of Wisconsin announced its 2025 State Convention—Road to 2026. The 2025 WisDems State Convention will be hosted in the Wisconsin Dells on June 14th and 15th at the Chula Vista Resort.

Wisconsin Democrats will gather in the Wisconsin Dells to attend trainings and caucuses and conduct important party business, including electing party officers. Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Ben Wikler issued the following statement:

“In the first test of the new Trump era this April, Wisconsin sent a message to the would-be oligarchs taking a chainsaw to our democracy: Wisconsin is not for sale. Up against the world’s richest man, Wisconsin Democrats organized and turned out in record fashion to elect Susan Crawford and send Elon Musk and Donald Trump packing.

“Now, in a moment of national crisis, Wisconsin Democrats have a moment of urgency and opportunity: a chance to expand the pro-democracy Supreme Court majority in 2026 and then flip house seats and win a blue trifecta in the midterms. Momentum, and the fury of an electorate that has already had more than enough, are on our side. In the Dells this June, WisDems will elect a new leadership team, build community and sharpen political skills, and hit the gas on the road to 2026.”
