The Retreat: An Immersive Experience of Empowerment & Wellness
MILWAUKEE, WI – The Sherman Phoenix is thrilled to announce registration is open for its inaugural event, The Retreat, taking place from November 1-3, 2024 at the Sheraton Brookfield. This immersive experience is designed to empower, educate and promote wellness within the BIPOC community. Milwaukee shines on the global stage as National Geographic’s newest “Destination of Choice,” while also earning accolades from Condé Nast as a top city for food enthusiasts, further cementing its reputation as a must-visit hub for cultural and culinary delights, which makes it the perfect city for travelers from near and far to attend this weekend expo and cultural experience.
The Retreat offers a comprehensive program focusing on:
- Entrepreneurship: Empowering aspiring and established BIPOC business owners with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Financial Wellness: Providing education and resources to improve financial literacy and economic empowerment.
- Physical Wellness: Promoting health and fitness through various activities and educational programs.
- Mental Wellness: Promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and providing resources for mental well-being.
