Suspect Criminally Charged in Connection to a Christmas Eve Homicide

MILWAUKEE, WI – Thursday, January 5, 2023, the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office issued criminal charges against Omarion D. Danielson in connection to a homicide. The incident occurred on Saturday, December 24, 2022, at approximately 6:51 p.m., on the 1300 block of S. 29th Street. The victim was traveling in her vehicle when she was struck by gunfire and succumbed to her injuries.

Danielson was charged with one count of First Degree Reckless Homicide and two counts of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. If convicted, he could face up to 85 years in prison and could be fined up to $50,000.

The Milwaukee Police Department sends our condolences to the victim’s family and anyone that was impacted by this tragic incident.
