Supervisor Jack Eckblad and Alderwoman Marina Dimitrijevic Celebrate Humboldt Beer Garden Opening and Jazz at the Vine Concert Series
Season begins with music, community, and celebration in Bay View
MILWAUKEE, WI – Together, Milwaukee County Supervisor Jack Eckblad and City of Milwaukee Alderwoman Marina Dimitrijevic are marking the official opening of the 2025 season at the Humboldt Park Beer Garden, kicking off with the first Jazz at the Vine concert.
Alderwoman Marina Dimitrijevic observed, “It feels like it’s officially summer in Bay View hen Humboldt Park Beer Garden opens and Chill on the Hill starts! Our great public spaces bring so many people together, and help built community.“
Presented by Humboldt Park Friends—with support from Milwaukee County Parks, Lakefront Brewery, Beer Capitol, and community advocate Gary Hollander—Jazz at the Vine has become a beloved tradition, drawing families and music lovers to Humboldt Park for free outdoor jazz in a welcoming setting. Hosted in the historic beer garden, the series celebrates Milwaukee’s vibrant music scene while supporting the public spaces that bring our communities together. This year’s season opener coincided with Bay View Gallery Night, making it a perfect evening to enjoy local art, live music, and community in one of Milwaukee’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
The Jazz at the Vine series will continue every other Thursday through the summer at Humboldt Park. Proceeds from all county beer gardens go directly toward supporting the Milwaukee County Parks system.
