Golden Eagles earn 10th-straight season-opening victory
Milwaukee – The Marquette University men’s basketball team (1-0, 0-0 BIG EAST) opened the 2025-26 campaign with an 80-53 victory against UAlbany (0-1, 0-0 America East) on Monday night at Fiserv Forum.

Marquette closed the period strong, using a 9–3 stretch capped by a Josh Clark alley-oop from Ross to extend its lead to nine.
