Saturday: Check out Art & Hops at Cooper Park

Alderman Lamont Westmoreland is inviting residents to Art & Hops at Cooper Park, a FREE, family-friendly event, taking place TOMORROW – Saturday, June 15 – from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 8701 W Chambers St.

Organized by Friends of Cooper Park, Re:Craft and Relic, and Lit MKE, the event will have something for everyone, Alderman Westmoreland said.

“While you are sampling some tasty beers you can take a leisurely stroll through Cooper Park, where you can explore an impressive array of more than 70 local artists, crafters, and small businesses showcasing high-quality handmade goods and items,” the alderman said.

There will be a variety of local beers and non-alcoholic drinks provided by The Traveling Beer Garden, Sprecher, and the Milwaukee County Parks. There will also be live music, food trucks, and kids will love the park’s brand new playground.
