Public Market to host dinner with Chefs Mary Lou & Adam Pawlak
Season 19 Hell’s Kitchen alums to prepare 5-course dinner with wine parings from certified sommelier.
Milwaukee, WISC – Milwaukee Public Market announced today details of its Mary Lou in Milwaukee Dinner featuring Hell’s Kitchen alums Chefs Mary Lou Davis and Egg & Flour owner, Adam Pawlak. The event will be held on Sunday, March 5, starting at 5:00 p.m. and will feature a 5-course “fine Southern cuisine” with wine pairings.
“I’m thrilled to be traveling to Milwaukee to join fellow Hell’s Kitchen castmate Adam Pawlak for this one-of-a-kind event,” said Chef Mary Lou. “Milwaukee is developing a very impressive food scene, and I can’t wait to showcase fine-dining, southern cuisine at the iconic Milwaukee Public Market.”
The dinner on March 5 will take place on the Public Market’s second level mezzanine area, starting at 5:00 p.m. Interested parties can sign up to reserve their seat online for $200.00 per person. Early registration is encouraged, as the event will have limited capacity to offer a more intimate setting with chefs and other attendees.
