Paul Stefanski takes over as EUA’s Healthcare Studio Director
In his role as Healthcare Studio Director, Paul’s influence will increase on EUA’s healthcare work.
MILWAUKEE, WI — Paul Stefanski will be taking over as Healthcare Studio Director for Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA).
Previous Healthcare Studio Director, Kristin Dufek will provide oversight through this conversion as she focuses on her core Executive Leadership role as Vice President of EUA, a promotion dating back to Fall 2015. Moving forward Paul will be able to make a larger impact on the internal team, and Kristin will have increased availability for client engagement; supporting the firm’s goal of providing positive client experiences.
“Paul and I have worked together for almost 12 years on projects, planning and solutions for our healthcare clients. During this time, he has been an active participant, taking on leadership and rising to the challenge that this role presents. Over the last couple of years Paul has taken on areas of the role as I transitioned my focus to Vice President and I couldn’t think of a better leader to step in and continue to set a positive course for our healthcare studio and clients,” said Dufek.
“I am really excited to take on this challenge. Throughout my career, I have worked with and learned from many people – both in and outside EUA – and plan to apply these influences to make the biggest impact I can. Over my tenure at EUA, I have seen great strides in our healthcare studio and really look forward to providing leadership that motivates our team, and in turn provides compelling solutions for our clients,” said Stefanski.
This change is a natural part of strategic leadership growth for EUA, a Milwaukee, Madison, Denver and Des Moines based architectural, planning and interior design firm, providing continuity moving forward as Kristin and Paul continue to work together making this a seamless transition.
