Milwaukee, Wisconsin. April 11, 2018. Todd Cegelski, Senior Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Group Manager for Johnson Financial Group, announced that Pat Lawton has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Regional Manager Wisconsin.
Lawton will manage Johnson Bank’s commercial real estate teams in Milwaukee and Madison. His focus will be on building relationships with commercial real estate investors and developers and growing the commercial real estate loan portfolio throughout Wisconsin. With more than 30 years of banking experience primarily in the Wisconsin market, Lawton is experienced in managing commercial real estate lending groups. He specializes in facilitating relationships with commercial real estate developers and investors to provide construction, acquisition and term financing.
Lawton holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin. Active in his community, he is involved with the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and was formerly involved with the YMCA of Milwaukee.
