Parks Hosts One-Day Hiring Event for Seasonal Positions
Milwaukee, WI — Milwaukee County Parks is excited to announce a One-Day Hiring Event for a wide range of seasonal positions throughout the park system. This event is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about nature, recreation, and community service to join our dedicated team. Details of the event are as follows:

Guy Smith, Executive Director of Milwaukee County Parks, emphasized the importance of the event, stating, “Our parks play a vital role in the health and happiness of our community. We are looking for dedicated, passionate individuals who are eager to contribute to the joy and well-being of our citizens and visitors. This hiring event represents a fantastic opportunity to join a team that values service and stewardship of our natural resources.”
We are thrilled to introduce the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Workforce Health Clinics, now offering comprehensive healthcare services at no cost to all Milwaukee County employees. This includes full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff, with no fees, co-pays, or additional charges. Services are available regardless of participation in the County’s health insurance plan and include treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, wellness and preventive care, on-site lab testing, vaccines, and select medications. Please note, these clinics are exclusively for Milwaukee County employees and do not extend to spouses or family members.
We are seeking individuals who love nature, golf, water, and have a strong desire to serve the community. This event is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the various roles, meet our team, and potentially secure a position within one of the most beautiful park systems in the nation.
Registration and Walk-Ins:
Participants are encouraged to register for a time slot to ensure prompt attention. However, walk-ins are also welcome during the event hours. Registration can be completed HERE.
