MADISON, Wis. — One Wisconsin Now Executive Director Scot Ross released the following statements that career politician Republican Rep. Paul Ryan will not run for re-election.

“When you look up ‘White Privilege’ in the dictionary, you see Paul Ryan’s photo.

“With few actual accomplishments Paul Ryan was somehow placed on a pedestal as some gifted intellectual.

“Paul Ryan proved that in America if you’re born rich you can still achieve your dreams of one day giving yourself a massive tax break if you hang around Washington, D.C. long enough.

“Now he will have more time to spend with his family and contemplate his legacy, the $1.5 trillion in debt he’s left with our children.”

  1. MKE Kid says:

Sure, I really believe that Ryan is stepping down to spend more time with his family. Uh-huh. Just like Walker quit college to spend more time with his family.

Ryan is stepping down rather than get trounced in November. He’ll also be able to have time to plan his run for the 2020 POTUS election.

Sheesh, if you’re going to lie, at least learn how to make your lies believable.

  2. Terry says:

Yeah he would’ve lost BIG TIME to the “Iron Stache” so he has to quit rather than be humiliated anymore but what exactly would Ryan run on in 2020? Saying “I was a Trump toady and helped ruin the USA by not calling out Trump for all his awful misogynistic, racist, fascist BS” won’t work!
The Republican party is TOXIC. The Republican brand is TOXIC. For good reason, they are destroying the country and most Americans know it That’s why all the rats are fleeing the sinking ship the USS Republican Idiot!
Hopefully Ryan retires for good, leaves Wisconsin and we never hear from him again. He has done enough damage already. Go read Ayn Rand and blame the working class and poor people somewhere else.

    Vote Iron Stache!
    Dump Walker

  3. Eric J. says:

    -The tax cut could have been meaningful had it actually C U T S P E N D I N G ( NOT !!!)
-Instead it is on the taxpayer credit card waiting for the economy to grow to even it out . Thanks Paul for increasing our deficit. You could have done that annually during Obama’s years in office. Instead you were hyper -partisan.

  4. Terry says:

Good riddance to the zombie eyed granny starver! Enjoy your millions and millions you “made” mooching off the Big Government you purported to hate. Nothing like politicians getting filthy rich in politics…

Paul Ryan, YOU sir are NO John Galt.

    Dump Walker

  5. Gavin Eastsider says:

Welcome the future gubernatorial candidate when Walker runs out of steam and Ryan’s family is out of the nest. Less than an hour’s commute from Janesville to Madison.
