NEWaukee to Partner with Greater Milwaukee Foundation as Mega Table Host For On the Table

Milwaukee, Wis. – NEWaukee is excited to announce their partnership with the Greater Milwaukee Foundation for On the Table, which will be taking place on Tuesday, October 17th from 6 to 9pm at Milwaukee’s City Hall, located at 200 E Wells St., Milwaukee WI, 53202.

On the Table is a community dinner party that will elevate civic conversation, foster new relationships, and inspire action for the benefit of greater Milwaukee. Guests will be able to purchase their own meal or bring their own dinner. The evening will start with a reception hour where guests can mingle, secure a meal and find a seat at the community table. Guests are encouraged to attend with an open mind to the large variety of different perspectives that will be discussed.

“Some people will use On the Table as an entry point for becoming more involved in the community. Others will use the opportunity to take action on the most pressing issues of our generation,” said Ellen Gilligan, president and CEO of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation. “Either way, it will result in stronger relationships and a greater benefit to our region.”

“We are thrilled to partner with the Greater Milwaukee Foundation on this community-driven experience that is inclusive of all of Milwaukee’s residents,” said Angela Damiani, CEO of NEWaukee. ”We’re eager to see the conversations that evolve and the solutions that are presented for our community.”

NEWaukee’s table at City Hall is free and open to the public and all are welcome to join!

NEWaukee greatly appreciates the partners of this event as well; ONE MKE, Milwaukee Urban League Young Professionals, Envision Self, Social X and Tri-County Young Professionals. To find out more, please visit newaukee.com.
