NEWaukee to Host Signal Over Noise Summit, a New Marketing Conference for CMOs and Senior Marketers
One-day summit to feature leaders from Morning Brew, Kwik Trip, Johnsonville and more on Oct. 8
Milwaukee, Wisc. – NEWaukee today announced the Signal Over Noise Summit, a new one-day conference for CMOs, VPs of Marketing and senior marketing leaders, taking place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on October 8, 2026, at Nō Studios in Milwaukee.
The summit is designed for marketing leaders navigating an increasingly fragmented landscape of tactics, platforms, and trends.
“Signal Over Noise was created around a simple idea: The marketing world doesn’t need another conference. It needs better conversations,” said Angela Damiani, CEO of NEWaukee. “Attendees will participate in small-group conversations, interactive experiences, peer advisory circles and honest discussions about the opportunities and challenges shaping marketing today.
Featured speakers and sessions include:
- Ryan Aspell, Morning Brew Inc. — The State of the Signal: What’s Changing. What’s Enduring. What’s Over.
- Dr. Gretchen Jameson, Versiti — The Keynote We Write Together: Signal, Genius, and the Human Brand
- Molly Mulcahy, Ready Rebound — Nobody Buys Alone: The New Reality of B2B Decision Making
- Steve Palec, Irgens — Act Small. Think Big. Creating Unexpected Marketing in Structured Organizations
- Wyatt Tinder, NEWaukee — The Funnel Is Fine. It’s Trust That’s Broken.
- Jamie Schmelzer, Johnsonville — Should We Touch This? The New Rules of Cultural Relevance
- Mark Meisner, Kwik Trip — Consistency Compounds: Making the Business Case for Brand Building
- Chelsea Roessler, Kohler Hospitality — The Partnership Lab: Where Great Collaborations Begin

- Kate Johnson, North Shore Bank, and Kirsten Wiegman, InCheck — The Advisory Circle: Real Challenges. Real Feedback. Real Solutions.
- Jeff McCarthy, Bank Five Nine — Changing the Story: Why the Best Rebrands Reveal What Was Already True

The summit is curated in partnership with The Vanguard Marketers Forum, a group for senior marketers offering a peer-driven space for candid conversations, practical insights, and bold experimentation.
