Milwaukee Bucks to Host Youth Basketball Programs this Winter

MILWAUKEE (Nov. 25, 2024) – The Milwaukee Bucks will host a series of youth basketball programs this winter, with sessions available for kids ages 4-14. Registration for all sessions is available at www.bucks.com/camps.
Youth programs tip off on Dec. 1 with Little Dribblers, a four-week camp for children ages 4-10. The one-hour weekly sessions are designed to teach the fundamentals of basketball, including dribbling, passing and shooting skills. Participants each receive a performance jersey, Bucks branded youth basketball and a ticket and chance to show their skills at a Bucks home game during the 2024-25 season.Little Dribblers will be held at Nicolet High School and Kettle Moraine YMCA West Washington Branch in West Bend on Sundays from Dec. 1-22, with the Nicolet sessions taking place from 4:30-5:30 p.m. and Kettle Moraine YMCA sessions taking place from 3-4 p.m. Registration is also open for the February Little Dribblers camps, which will be held at Fisher Gym in Wauwatosa, Greendale Middle School and Shorewood Intermediate School. Bucks Holiday Camps return this season to help kids ages 7-14 stay active during the holidays. Holiday camp participants each receive a basketball, performance jersey and ticket to a 2024-25 Bucks home game. The Bucks will host two-day clinics at Homestead High School, North Middle School and West Milwaukee Rec Gym from 1-4 p.m. on Dec. 26-27, and a one-day clinic will take place on Dec. 28 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at YMCA Pabst Farms in Oconomowoc. The Bucks will also introduce a new Game Night Clinic on Jan. 4, where kids ages 7-12 can practice basketball fundamentals at the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin Sports Science Center. Following the one-hour session from 5-6 p.m., each participant will receive a ticket to see the Bucks host the Portland Trail Blazers at 7 p.m. at Fiserv Forum.
