MILWAUKEE (Nov. 1, 2024) – The Milwaukee Bucks will celebrate Noche Latina, presented by the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network, tomorrow, Nov. 2, when they host the Cleveland Cavaliers at 7 p.m. at Fiserv Forum.

This season’s Noche Latina game will take place on the second day of Dia de Los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, a holiday that is widely observed in Mexico. To celebrate the holiday, the Bucks have teamed up with Walker’s Point Center for the Arts to feature art from its 32nd annual Dia de Los Muertos Exhibition at a pop-up concourse display at Sections 111 and 112.

A special Noche Latina T-shirt will be available in the Bucks Pro Shop at Fiserv Forum and online at www.shop.bucks.com. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Latino Arts, a Milwaukee-based nonprofit dedicated to showcasing the works of Hispanic and Latino artists through artistic educational experiences and high-quality programming. Ahead of tomorrow’s game, Latino Arts hosted a Day of the Dead-focused Lunch & Learn for members of the Bucks Employee Resource Group, Unidos, and members of the Froedtert & MCW LatinX Business Resource Group.

Noche Latina celebrations tip off with a national anthem performance by Mariachi Monarcas de Milwaukee. Dance Academy of Mexico, a Milwaukee-based dance studio that teaches and preserves traditional Aztec and Mexican dances, will perform at halftime. Throughout the game, fans will hear music from unique DJs including Aviator, Livid, Style, Tista and Whyte Nite. Bucks entertainers will also be joined by Milwaukee’s longest-running Latin Dance performance troupe, Salsabrosa Dance Company, and hosts from Telemundo Wisconsin.

Mercadera Market will return to host a small business marketplace at Section 201 throughout the first half of the game. The marketplace will feature nine Latina-owned local businesses selling a variety of unique items. The following businesses are scheduled to participate:

  • Alta Cultura – handcrafted candles
  • Ana’s Artsy Side – epoxy tumblers, custom cups, sweaters and tote bags
  • Artesanía Minga – Mexican artisan goods and apparel
  • Childlike Faith – faith-based apparel for kids and adults
  • Corazoncito Style – modern accessories and jewelry
  • Ella Linx – permanent jewelry
  • Lush Chamoy – sealed, prepackaged chamoy rim dip
  • Nostalgia Xicana – Mexican folk art
  • Treatos – prepackaged, freeze-dried raw premium pet treats

Limited tickets are still available at www.Bucks.com/Impact. Fans that purchase a group ticket package will receive the exclusive Noche Latina T-shirt with their tickets, while supplies last, by visiting www.Bucks.com/Noche.
