Kenosha Critical Incident Records – August 23, 2020

On January 5, 2021, the Kenosha County District Attorney issued his decision regarding the officer involved shooting of Jacob Blake, which occurred on August 23, 2020. The district attorney determined there is no potential criminal court liability for the involved officer.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) Division of Criminal Investigation investigative file and other records, digital photos, video, and audio records, for this case can now be viewed on the DOJ website.
