JLA Architects leased 2,146 SF at 311 E. Chicago Street in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward Neighborhood. John Davis and Bob Flood of RFP Commercial, Inc. represented the Landlord, First Pathway Partners and Michael Levine of Cresa represented the Tenant.
SMAK-National LLC purchased the 2,100 SF retail building at 10922 W. National Avenue in West, Allis, WI for $340,000. Hakan Hare represented both the Seller and Buyer on this transaction.
Lula Mae Aesthetic Boutique LLC leased 1,495 SF at 6330 W. Greenfield Avenue in West Allis, WI from Six Points East LLC. Patti Stevens represented the Tenant.
