WTCS Statement on DWD’s Workforce Pell Portal “The Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) is thrilled with the launch of the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development’s (DWD) portal for Workforce Pell programs,” said WTCS President Layla Merrifield. “We strongly support Workforce Pell Grants and look forward to partnering with our 16 colleges and DWD to help students access the resources they need to continue their education. By expanding opportunities for learners, we can also help ensure Wisconsin employers have the skilled workforce they need to grow and succeed.”
