Alternative Property Group LLC purchased the 3,500 SF former medical facility at 8532 W Lisbon Avenue in Milwaukee for $260,000. Jeanine Sweeney represented the Seller, Red Hills Holdings.

Delta Defense LLC leased 17,730 SF at 2375 Stonebridge Circle in West Bend. Bob Flood and Brian Flood represented the Tenant.

Troy Daniels purchased the 15,744 SF industrial facility at 760 S Lake Street in Hustisford for $450,500. Brett Deter and Brian Flood represented the Seller, Justmann Building Systems of Hustisford, Inc.
