Lydia Line leased 1,972 SF at 190 S. 2nd Street in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood. Patti Stevens and Scott Revolinski represented the Landlord, LCM Funds 26 Prime LLC.

Hnubhli Designs LLC leased 825 SF at 10600 W Bluemound Road in Milwaukee. Steve Pape and Derek Yentz represented the Landlord, Bluemound Strip Center LLC.

New Frontiers Psychiatric S.C. renewed and expanded into 6,242 SF at 2675 N Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa. Ned Purtell and Jenna Maguire represented the Landlord, SARA Investment Real Estate.

Hakan Hare and Jon Thoresen represented Domino’s Pizza in leasing 1,738 SF at 2149 Miller Park Way, West Milwaukee.

Matthew Beadle and Derek Pranke represented Silver Bay Holdings, LLC in selling the 18,353 SF Silver Bay Plaza at 1935 W. Silver Spring Drive, Milwaukee.

Hakan Hare represented 3300 LLC in purchasing 4720-4738 N. 76th St., Milwaukee.

Ross Koepsel and Matthew Beadle represented IREIT Pleasant Prairie Ridge LLC in leasing 4,016 SF to America’s Best Eyeglass at Shoppes At Prairie Ridge, 9755 76th St., Pleasant Prairie.

Jon Thoresen represented Delasota, LLC in selling the Chick-Fil-A building at Hwy 83 & I-94, Delafield to an out-of-state investor, 3.966% cap rate.  Lowest Chick-Fil-A cap rate sold in the state of Wisconsin.
