St. Camillus Health Care Center, Inc. leased 2,778 SF at 9090 N Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa, WI. John Davis and Patti Stevens represented the Landlord, Keldo LLC.

Tom Treder, Matthew Beadle, and Nick Tice represented Continental 164 Fund, LLC in selling 1.77 Acres to AutoZone at 3180 N. 124th St. in Wauwatosa. Matthew also worked with Jon in representing AutoZone in this transaction.
