Democratic Party of Wisconsin Statement on Glenn Grothman
MADISON, Wis. — In response to Rep. Glenn Grothman announcing he would break his promise to serve only ten years in Congress and run for reelection in 2024, Democratic Party of Wisconsin Communications Director Joe Oslund issued the following statement:
“Glenn Grothman has been a nonstop embarrassment to Wisconsin, and the news that he wants to keep the show going by breaking his term limit promise is no real surprise. Make no mistake though, Glenn Grothman is seeking another term in Congress explicitly so he can keep up his attacks on folks’ retirement and health care, and it’s shameful.”NOTE: This press release was submitted to Urban Milwaukee and was not written by an Urban Milwaukee writer. Tom Tiffany, Regular Absentee Voter, Says I Dont Believe We Should Be Doing Mail-in Voting
Mar 13th, 2026 by Democratic Party of WisconsinRecords indicate Tiffany has voted absentee 12 times since 2016, according to an official with the Democratic Party of Wisconsin. It was not clear if those ballots were cast by mail or in-person at his local election clerk’s office.
The entire Republican delegation except for Mike Gallagher is an embarrassment and continue to do what they are told to do by the Speaker.
