Democratic Party of Wisconsin Statement on Glenn Grothman
MADISON, Wis. — In response to Rep. Glenn Grothman announcing he would break his promise to serve only ten years in Congress and run for reelection in 2024, Democratic Party of Wisconsin Communications Director Joe Oslund issued the following statement:
“Glenn Grothman has been a nonstop embarrassment to Wisconsin, and the news that he wants to keep the show going by breaking his term limit promise is no real surprise. Make no mistake though, Glenn Grothman is seeking another term in Congress explicitly so he can keep up his attacks on folks’ retirement and health care, and it’s shameful.”NOTE: This press release was submitted to Urban Milwaukee and was not written by an Urban Milwaukee writer.
