Colliers | Wisconsin is pleased to announce the newest Partner in the company, Jim Larkin. Since joining Colliers in 2008, Jim has been a valuable member of the Colliers team, focusing on industrial real estate across southeastern Wisconsin. The combination of Jim’s winsome personality, intensity for his clients and commitment to the industry, along with his competitive nature and the collaboration with his teammates, Kyle Fink and Dylan Brown, have been key to Jim’s success.

Beyond being a top industrial producer at the firm, Jim is committed to the local real estate community and is an active member of local chambers and the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW). Jim holds a designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is an executive board member for both SIOR and CARW. Jim has also been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and has been an industry presenter for various organizations over the years.

Jim spends his time outside of real estate coaching his kid’s sports as well as playing soccer, hockey and golf in his free time. Prior to joining Colliers, Jim graduated and played soccer for Virginia Commonwealth University where he is now a member of their Athletic Hall of Fame and had a successful 10-year professional soccer career both domestically and internationally.
