Brewers Named Baseball America’s 2025 Organization of the Year
Pat Murphy Named the Publication’s Major League Manager of the Year
MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Brewers earned a pair of awards from Baseball America with the club being named the publication’s 2025 Organization of the Year and Pat Murphy earning Major League Manager of the Year.
The Brewers set a franchise record with 97 wins in 2025 and posted the best record in baseball (97-65) as the team qualified for the postseason for the seventh time in the last eight seasons and won the National League Central division for the third consecutive season.
In addition to the organization’s success at the Major League level, the Brewers were ranked as having the top farm system in baseball by Baseball America in its 2025 midseason rankings released in August. Milwaukee currently has five Top 100 prospects in the publication’s rankings in infielders Jesús Made (No. 3 overall), Luis Peña (No. 15) and Cooper Pratt (No. 44), catcher Jeferson Quero (No. 66) and right-handed pitcher Logan Henderson (No. 93).
Murphy is the second Brewers manager to win Baseball America’s Major League Manager of the Year, joining Craig Counsell in 2019.This marks the third honor of the offseason for Murphy as he won National League Manager of the Year from The Sporting News on October 23 followed by the Major League Baseball-recognized award of National League Manager of the Year on November 11.
