Alderman Stamper hosts 15th District block party and book bag give away

Family fun will include music, food, a bounce house, face painting, haircuts, games and more.

Alderman Russell W. Stamper, II is inviting the community, families and media to come to the Community Back2School Block Party & Book Bag Give Away tomorrow (Thursday, August 30) from 2 to 6 p.m. in Johnson’s Park, 1919 W. Fond du Lac Ave.

Family fun will include music, food, a bounce house, face painting, haircuts, games and more. There will be live entertainment from the Milwaukee Bucks (Hoop Troop, Dancers and Bango) and the Milwaukee Brewers (Famous Racing Sausages).

The event will also feature a reading of local author Rayna Andrews.

The event is hosted by Alderman Stamper, ANC Real Estate, New Pitts Mortuary, and Feeding America.
